Legal medical industry in Arizona
Arizona Hemp Center's Medical Marijuana Blog is a continually updated resource of news and information regarding proposition 203 in Arizona and medical marijuana use across the country. Under Proposition 203, permission has been granted for eligible patients in the state of Arizona to receive medical marijuana, per the recommendation of a specific group of medical practitioners. But this passing should not be misinterpreted by residents who now think that the drug can be distributed and used freely; the state is very specific about how medical marijuana can be bought, sold and consumed. While, yes, consumption of medical marijuana is allowed in Arizona, to a degree, here are a number of important prohibitions as part of Prop 203.
