Arizona is among 15 states that have laws permitting eligible patients to consume medicinal marijuana for the treatment of approved conditions and terminal illnesses. Eligibility for a marijuana recommendation depends upon both type and severity of an illness, and all patients must first speak with a physician to determine if medical marijuana is the right treatment for them.
