Legal medical industry in Arizona
Arizona is among 15 states that have laws permitting eligible patients to consume medicinal marijuana for the treatment of approved conditions and terminal illnesses. Eligibility for a marijuana recommendation depends upon both type and severity of an illness, and all patients must first speak with a physician to determine if medical marijuana is the right treatment for them.
Patients in the state of Arizona are now finally able to legally acquire medical marijuana to address the pain they endure due to illness. In order to become a registered medical marijuana qualifying patient, the patient must first apply with the state of Arizona Department of Health Services.
Individuals who suffer either from any of the twelve conditions specified in the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
